Black Caviar Recipes

Sandwiches with Black Caviar

Ingredients:

  • black caviar - 1 teaspoon (0.17 oz)
  • butter - 2 teaspoons (0.33 oz)
  • french baguette - 2 slices
  • lemon
  • salt

Preparation:

Beat 2 teaspoons of butter with a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Using a small round cookie cutter cut small circles out of bread slices, spread butter on top. Then spread out black caviar on top.

Appetizer with Black Caviar and Cucumbers

Ingredients:

  • black caviar
  • cucumber

Preparation:

Cut cucumbers into thin, slightly diagonal slices. Put cucumbers on a platter. Top each slice of cucumber with the black caviar.

Canapé with Black Caviar and Salmon

Ingredients:

  • white wheat bread - 6 thin slices
  • butter - 50 grams (1.76 oz)
  • black caviar - 125 grams (4.41 oz)
  • sliced smoked salmon - 225 grams (7.94 oz)

Preparation:

Toast six thin slices of white bread until slightly golden brown and butter them. Put black caviar on one half of the bread, and smoked salmon on the other. With a sharp knife, cut out the sandwiches into square or diamond-shaped forms of the same size. Arrange slices on a plate alternating caviar slices with salmons that the dish looks like a chessboard. Serve immediately.

Boiled Egg with Black Caviar

Ingredients:

  • chicken eggs - 5 pieces
  • black caviar - 50 grams (1.76 oz)
  • white wheat bread - 5 thin slices

Preparation:

Boil a large egg for 6 minutes. Cut the top off and put 10 grams of black caviar on top. Serve with long slices (in the form of sticks), of white toasted bread. Caviar mixed with eggs gives a delicious blend of flavors.

Salmon Sandwich with Black Caviar

Ingredients:

  • rye bread - 4 slices
  • philadelphia cream cheese - 60 grams (2.12 oz)
  • salted salmon - 4 slices
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • black caviar - 4 teaspoons (0.67 oz)
  • green onions
  • dill

Preparation:

Spread cream cheese over the bread slices , sprinkle with chopped green onions, lay a piece of salmon on top. Hard-boil the eggs and then cut eggs, into slices lengthwise and put salmon on top and then black caviar. Garnish with dill.

Sandwich with Black Caviar and Cream Cheese

Ingredients:

  • white wheat bread - 7 thin slices
  • heavy cream - 25 grams (0.88 oz)
  • black caviar - 100 grams (3.53 oz)
  • philadelphia cream cheese - 60 grams (2.12 oz)
  • parsley

Preparation:

Blend philadelphia cream cheese, heavy cream and chopped parsley together. Cut the crusts off the bread slices and toast until golden brown. Spread the cheese pastel on the slices and put the black caviar on top.

Red Caviar Recipes

Sandwich with Red Caviar

Ingredients:

  • salmon red caviar - 140 grams (4.94 oz)
  • butter - 60 grams (2.12 oz)
  • french baguette

Preparation:

Cut the baguette into 15 thin slices. Thaw the butter until soft. Spread butter on slices in a thin but even layer (about 2 mm). Next, evenly spread out a teaspoon of red caviar on top.

Appetizer with Red Caviar

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 5 pieces
  • shrimp - 400 grams (14.11 oz)
  • philadelphia cream cheese - 200 grams (7.05 oz)
  • salmon red caviar - 100 grams (3.53 oz)
  • parsley
  • salt

Preparation:

Wash and peel potatoes, cut into thin slices 5-7 mm thick. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 356 F. Boil Shrimp . Put in a blender. Add cream cheese and salt and pulse until smooth. Get potatoes from the oven. Spread the shrimp paste on top of the potatoes. Then add a layer of red caviar. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Cheese paste with Salmon and Red Caviar

Ingredients:

  • shrimp - 230 grams (8.11 oz)
  • mascarpone cheese - 100 grams (3.53 oz)
  • gorgonzola cheese - 100 grams (3.53 oz)
  • salted salmon - 100 grams (3.53 oz)
  • mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon (0.17 oz)
  • salmon red caviar - 2 teaspoons (0.33 oz)
  • dill
  • lime (or lemon) - 4 cloves

Preparation:

Combine 1/3 of salted salmon, shrimp, mascarpone and gorgonzola cheese, mayonnaise and dill in a blender. Put the resulting paste into portion cups. Cut the remaining salmon into small pieces and lay on top, also add half a teaspoon of red caviar, and garnish with dill and slices of lime.

Canapé with Red Caviar

Ingredients:

  • french baguette - 300 grams (10.58 oz)
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • salmon red caviar - 50 grams (1.76 oz)
  • butter - 85 grams (3.0 oz)
  • lemon - 0.5 pieces

Preparation:

Hard-boil the eggs. Cut the baguette into thin slices. Spread the butter on the slices, put on them, thinly sliced eggs. Add a little butter around the egg slices. Put red caviar on top. Garnish with lemon slices.

Mini-sandwiches with Red Caviar and Shrimps

Ingredients:

  • french baguette - 8 slices
  • red salmon caviar - 70 grams (2.47 oz)
  • philadelphia cream cheese - 50 grams (1.76 oz)
  • butter - 30 grams (1.06 oz)
  • shrimp - 8 pieces
  • dill

Preparation:

Cut the french baguette into 1 cm-thick slices. Using a small round cookie cutter, cut out small circles from bread slices, then toast them to a slightly golden color. Spread soften butter on the sides of the toasts and roll them in chopped dill. Put the sandwiches on a platter, add about 1 teaspoon of cheese on top of the toasts, then add a little red caviar and top each with a shrimp.

Salmon Red Caviar with Avocado

Ingredients:

  • avocado
  • salmon red caviar

Preparation:

Peel and pit avocados. Put the red caviar in place of the pit.

Ingredients:

  • salmon red caviar - 140 grams (4.94 oz)
  • butter - 60 grams (2.12 oz)
  • quail eggs - 3-4 pieces
  • dill
  • french baguette

Preparation:

Cut the baguette into 1 cm-thick. Spread the butter on the slices, roll the sides in chopped dill. Put thinly sliced boiled quail eggs on top of the slices, then add a lemon slice and a spoon of red caviar.
