Canapé with Sturgeon Caviar

Ingredients:

  • sturgeon black caviar - 2 teaspoons (0.33 oz)
  • butter - 1 teaspoon (0.16 oz)
  • french baguette - 2 slices
  • lemon
  • salt

Preparation:

Beat 1 teaspoons of butter with a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Spread butter on slices in a thin but even layer. Next, evenly spread out a teaspoon of Sturgeon Caviar on top.
