We ship anywhere in the Continental US via UPS.
We do not take International orders and do not ship to Puerto Rico, Canada and P.O. boxes.
All our caviar is guaranteed to arrive fresh and in perfect condition, shipped via UPS. Perishable items are shipped overnight via UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS Next Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air Early®, and UPS 2nd Day Air®. All perishable goods are packaged with Ice blocks to ensure freshness upon delivery.
UPS Next Day Air Saver® guarantees next business day delivery by 3:00 p.m. to major cities.
UPS Next Day Air® guarantees next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to major cities.
UPS Next Day Air Early® guarantees next business day delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states.
UPS 2nd Day Air® guarantees 2nd business day delivery by 10:30 am or 12:00 p.m. to major cities.
For UPS Next Day Air Saver® , UPS Next Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air Early®:
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped to you on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Wednesday are processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday and all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.
For UPS 2nd Day Air® and in some cases for Free Shipping:
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Wednesday are processed and shipped to you on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday and all day Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.
Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge by phone request only. No orders are processed or shipped on weekend days or national holidays.
